Registration begins from Monday, 2 March 2009 .

The registration fee for participants is USD 300 for international participants, USD 200 for AIT Alumnus and SAARC country participants, NPR 6000 for local participant and NPR 8000 for Institutional participant from Nepal .

Early Registration (by 31 May 2009 ): USD 250 for international participants, USD 150 for AIT Alumnus and SAARC country participants and NPR 4,000 for participants from Nepal .
