On 8th of September 2009, AIT completes 50 years of its establishment and its Golden Jubilee Anniversary will be celebrated by various events through out the Year 2009. Such celebrations include scientific seminars, conferences, workshops, gala dinners, golf tournaments, etc. On this very auspicious occasion, AITAA Nepal Chapter together with the AIT jointly organize an International Conference on Knowledge Management for Sustainable Development in Kathmandu, to be held on 10-12, December 2009. The conference will provide a forum where the participants can make their deliberations and brainstorming on the contemporary issues related to the conference theme and sub-themes.

The theme of the Conference is “Knowledge Management”. This will be the first Alumni led International Conference, organized by AITAA Nepal Chapter with the support of AIT, focused on various issues in knowledge management.
